School of Self's approach reshapes athletes' journeys, transforming mindset hurdles into launchpads for success. The SOS philosophy is rewriting the playbook, mind leads, body follows. Our vision is to empower individuals to unlock their full potential and own the process of their personal development using the 3F pillars, Focus, Function and Fire.
Focus - Foundation of Self by understanding cognitive knowledge.
Function – Discovery of Self by way of empowerment coaching and performance training.
Fire – Sustainment of Self by way of habit creation and behavior change.
Through our performance and coaching programs, we aim to inspire athletes to not only achieve their athletic goals but also overcome obstacles, push beyond their limits, and tap into their limitless potential. We envision a community of motivated athletes who embrace change, embrace growth, and actively reframe challenges as opportunities. From mental resilience to physical prowess, School of Self champions the inner game, setting the stage for athletes to unleash their untapped power.

Our Gladiator Program combines plyometrics, age appropriate workout outs, core series and fun drills to keep you athlete engaged. Our one hour sessions are intentionally scheduled based on a periodization approach. Every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday.

Never lose your speed. An easy approach to understanding all concepts that pertain to speed focusing on form, MSF, and establishing a two part acceleration/top speed training. Both inside and outside incorporating session and sprint work.

My dream was to become a mom. My son is four years old and our adventures are boundless. He's one of the many reasons I train youth athletes. Understanding how instrumental I will be in my son's growth as a human being keeps me grounded in my training practices. Remembering safety and trust are the foundation of learning and growing.

My passion for coaching comes directly from my athletic and military experience. Some would say I worked backwards. I am building my knowledge base for training from experts such as Les Spellman, Brian Cain and Chris Barnard and incorporating what I think leads all successful training; MINDSET. Training the nervous system and mental systems FIRST.

After retiring from the military as a First Sergeant, after 21 years of service, I knew that being authentic with people and establishing trust and safety was my niche. The military had given me the foundation to process different aspects of cognitive behavior which I mindfully mesh with training. Overcoming adversity and pushing past the threshold of what one thinks can accomplished is all the reasons I love working with athletes.
